    Oh yes, and Minatsu managed to get into the reserves list for the German Open [​IMG]. It's such a big advantage to be in the national team, getting to play in all the big tournaments. But I think she needs to play in the smaller ones to push up her rankings. I'm sure she'll be doing very well this year. BWF has got her family name mixed up. It's Mitani :).

    they are in blue because they are not playing in the German Open and also the All England, they will join the team only in Swiss Open.

    Yes, I suspected that they may be adding to the list. I can't read Japanese. But the list looks quite full already. I notice that Yu Hirayama isn't in the list anymore :(.

    she should give more chances to the youngsters, she didn't produce good results in 2010 also.

    You're right. Need to go check again. I could have sworn I had seen Naoko Fukuman's name in the list earlier.

    Oh, cool. They have a B team too. Good thing Nozumi managed to make it. Next year she will be in the A team, ha ha.

    There is quite a good balance between the different companies in the women's A team. 4 from Nihon Unisys, 4 from Sanyo, 4 from Renesas Electronics and 2 from NTT East. And one student [​IMG].
    Sayaka is still so young. But very good [​IMG].

    I think the result of Austrian Open tells you why Taruno is still in the B team. She lost to Egelstaff Susan in the first round, 14-21, 17-21
