I hope that IBF will regularly play this badminton manager games cause its also important to make badminton fans more involve in the sports.

So far the participants are already over 1700 players. (Although one player can registered many2 times with different emails) Its not bad at all cause IBF just started this game for the first time.

Although I do hope IBF updated their site cause its so far to compare with the ATP and WTA site for tennis.:p

Dont forget for those of you who play the badminton manager games that the last day for you to buy or sell the players are 27-April-2006. 3 more days left!

You cannot buy or change your players anymore when the TUC begin at 28 April 2006.

However at 2-May-2006 before QF begin, they give you one day to sell or buy your players again for only one day.

Info for the Club members and all badminton manager players:

I just read Kompas newspaper today that England team players had lot of injuries due to back to back Commonwealth Games and European Championship. They are Aamir Ghaffar, Anthony Clark, Donna Kellog, Gail Emms and Tracey Hallam. Its still not clear if they can compete in Thomas and Uber Cup or not.

So if you had already bought these players, I suggest you to sell them and buy another players. It will be wasted of your budget buying these players and later find out they cannot compete .

does anyone know the playing format? if it's SSSDD or SDSDS? the outcome will inevitably influence the selection of players in badminton manager!

@mcchooi, I guess the system will be SDSDS cause IBF still using that system in February Thomas-Uber preeliminary. Except if a player play both single and double, they will change the system.

Anyway, feel free to buy any player you wanted now cause in group stage, all player had to play their matches even if their team already won 3-0.

So you can see what system the IBF used in THomas and Uber Cup in Japan in Group stage. Is it SDSDS or SSSDD or other one?

Then you had a chance to sell or buy players again in period transfer at 2-May-2006 for one day only before QF begin. With the knowledge of what system IBF use, you can choose which players you shall buy.

For all of the badminton manager players,

If you had buy Lee Yong Dae from Korea, please write a complain letter to the sport dreams.

Lee Yong Dae with Jung Jae Sung won the match against New Zealand doubles today.(28-4-06) in 2 sets: 21-9,21-6.

So he should score 15 + 1 point for winning in 2 sets. But he didn’t get any score or zero in his sheet score. (I buy Lee Yong Dae)

    http://tuc.u-netsurf.ne.jp/thomas/en/live/score_league.html

So if you had him as your player, check your teampage. If his score still zero, please write to badminton@sportdreams.com to complain. I have.
