For all BCers, Anyone who wants to use Kinesio tape (there are many brands in the market, but essentially they are generically known as kinesiology tapes) should first study how the tapes are supposed to be applied. Here is a snip from an e-How page that succintly sums up what Kinesiology tape is all about: Tapes are to be applied in different ways to the same muscle/ligament/group for different purposes: either to support, or for rehabilitation. So please understand why you are using the tape, and then apply accordingly. Otherwise, you may not only not get the desired results, you may even get negative results. Here are some resources you may tap into for more information on Kinesiology tape products, and teping techniques.
