I will take your word for it, 28lbs it is, hopefully it will last a long time.
The worst that can happen is restringing.... The thin string is such a joy to play with.
agreed, is their much chance that the string can break during stringing @ 28lbs, if it is done by an experienced stringer ?
There is always a chance of a mistake, but I tihnk it is unlikely.
I'm a stringer, and I didn't find it any different from stringing the regular BG65, except that it super easy going through the grommets. Just because of the thinness, I thought it wouldn't have lasted one hour of playing....but here it is still going after 10 hours of playing!!
Thats good to know, I am going to place an order for 10 packs of AP62, hopefully that will take me up until 2011 on my two SW35's, actually I was planning on buying a stringing machine, but thats for a different thread.
Keep me up to date with how long the AP62 last
Thanks Jamesd20 for your response as well
Make sure you keep us updated with your experience with the AP62 as well, LD rules! Have fun.
I love AP62.....thin & powerful like ZM62, but grippy too. I have it in a racket strung @26lbs & used for approximately 20hrs at least to date & no issues.
Thank you. Seems like the AP62 is more durable and performs similar to the ZM62. Will try to procure some and the SOTX HS-63 too.
Has anyone tried out the Li-Ning 95's and does anyone know the stats of the N95's.
I mean Li-Ning NS95 strings.
chilli, is your AP62 still going ?
Played another 4 hours since the last time...still no notching or fraying yet...very impressed with the string. I still find the tension pleasantly playable. May restring next week @ about the 20 hours of play, just to feel how much tension has been lost. What about your findings, LD rules? Like it...love it...or it's like .. ok?
I haven't ordered mine yet, been quite busy, but will order them in the next week or so, and hope to have them on my rackets by between the next 10-14 days
I would like to share with badminton fans who are also Lin dan fans , Li Ning (LiNing) ACCUPOWER 90, AP 90 is Lin dan's choice of Li ning String , I wonder how true it is,, any bros got try this string before .. ?
