Hi, I am studying product design at Derby university and I am in my final year of study.

I am doing research for my major project in to the possibilties of a product which could help people who train on their own and to improve their badminton specific skills.

It will only be a concept idea but the product will still need to work.

Could you please fill out this questionnaire, it would be really helpful and I would be very grateful : http://goo.gl/TVmRx

If anyone has anything more to add please comment, everything helps :)

    Thank you

Striking alone: a shuttlecock launcher (grenade launcher style).

All else is pretty much stretching and training the muscles, which then is supplied by respected product divisions; but what I want to see is a launcher.

    - cheap, portable

Problem would be to find a mechanism that makes a shuttle fly with 50 to 80 metres per second initial speed and an energy source that makes such explosive shots possible. Maybe something from "Clay pigeon shooting" with remote control for shooting.

PM me, I would very much support your ideas ... can supply info on shuttle behavior (scientifically).
