Hey guys,So today I had a tournament,And right when we got to the semis, we lost the first game,But came back and won the second During the third game, mentally my partner and I were dead...We never played those kids before and they were much faster and stronger than us.What my real question is How could we get mentally prepared to play them again ?My partner and I communicate between rallies and we pump eachother up,But that's not enough...What do you guys do during intense matches ?

sometimes mentally spending all that energy too soon leave you drained....so consistent effort of focus.

hard though i can imagine, ideally you'd be psyched after that second game to come back and win it :(

watch Rocky in bettween games....k jokes

its so easy to earn a tough point or even a whole game and then be drained. you gotta prevent that.never give up,always stay focused, its not over till its over.
