I'm a righty player ( I play with my right arm ) And since I restarted badminton 2 months ago, I've been having issues with my wirst and shoulder. If I lift my shoulder sideways, my shoulder would hurt. My wirst would hurt if I move it to the extrem sides..dunno how to say it but it jsut hurts if I move it too much. I've been doing proper wamrups and stretching everytime before I play but that's how the end up after a pratice. I do not feel anything during game time...just before or after I've cooled down... Any advice?
