I'm not sure about local schools and community centers, but the closest dedicated badminton clubs are probably Arcadia Badminton Club and San Gabriel Valley Badminton Club. Both would probably be an hour drive from Woodland Hills. You can check their respective threads for more information under Places To Play > USA West, and you can also try to find players to play with there.

    Check out this link..

    http://www.scbabadminton.org/
(click on Places to Play. The closest baddy centers will be @ Agoura Hills/Calabasas CCB & Thousand Oaks BC).

    or this link:

(Should be plenty in the Thousand Oaks to Santa Barbara & San Fernando Valley areas, even 1 in Woodland Hills)

Good luck and welcome to BCDF!
