If you don't mind getting a brand other than Yonex, Try a SOTX Woven 8. It's a great all around racket that even beginners can handle. It's evenly balanced and the shaft is not too stiff. I've let beginners borrow this racket and they've loved it. The durabilty is there too. very tuff racket. And you can even use this racket once you get better and better and wanting to try higher tensions; this racket can take up to 31lbs. So give this racket a try if a non-yonex racket is ok. You can get this racket from MJ Strings for $120 prestrung with SOTX string at around 25 lbs, or from Winning Badminton for $159 with free custom stringing with BG-65. good luck in your decision:)
