hayom signed with Astec although Victor give him the highest bid of all, at the end he still choose Astec. The reason behind, is that he wants to take part in developing Ina Local badminton brand.

Babolat sponsored quite few International players too, such as Tine Baun, Joachim Fischer Nielsen, Joachim Persson.

A very good move by Victor, they sponsored a lot of young talented players. This is the right time for them to gain another slices of the pie. Two thumbs up ...

Babolat headquartered at Lyon and came from France. Just happening that players i knew of sponsored or still being sponsored by Babolat are those from Denmark. Joachim Fischer Nielsen used to be sponsored by Yonex. Just this year, he changed to Babolat.

Shuttlecocked and Loaded: Badminton Makes SEA Games

    Ami Afriatni
    | January 30, 2013

Score one for Indonesia: After some uncertainty, it turns out that badminton, the country’s best sport, will be a major part of the 2013 Southeast Asian Games.

The sport had been dropped from the Games because host Myanmar said it lacked the proper facilities.

But at a meeting of the SEA Games Council in Naypyidaw, Myanmar, earlier this week, the Indonesian contingent pushed for the inclusion of badminton, Indonesia Olympic Committee official Ade Lukman told the Jakarta Globe on Wednesday.
