Well, my name is Nia from Indonesia. 21 years old and has played badminton since I was 9 years old...

At first, I was taughy by my father. Then i join a club. But that time, it was only for fum. So I do sport and not just lazy...then, I paly regulary every saturday. And at the age og 14 I practice privately witha teacher. i think he is one of the person that reallu influence my improvement. he wasa local player, and altough he is old around 65 years old, his stroke is really good. I always got beaten...:(

Now, I just play with my father and his friends....

It's a humongous one too. Of course, it's better in some ways. For example, imagine cooking for all of us...But you're lucky. We'll spare you for now.;)

Awesome, hope you get something out of this. BADMINTON=awesome=BADMINTON=awesome = circle of BADMINTON=awesome. Enjoy the circle.:D

    Hi NIA,
The courts' flooring doesnt look so good. A bit poorly maintained. 12noon to 3pm is a pretty warm n humid in Surabaya, correct? U must be pretty tired after yr game in this type of environment.

Ok, the reason i asked for Astec is because i tried one and i liked the performance, its head light but still has enough weight to hit a good smash, the price which is around Rp 275,000 and the tension capacity, i have been asking my buddies in jakarta to buy me but they cannot find any. finally, today, (my wife bought it for me) i settled for a Hart brand, i don't know the performance yet. anyways, thanks for the info and the court you're playing in is similar to where i used to play when i was still in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta. If you don't mind, i want to ask how much you pay for the court?
