    Hello Shuttlers,

My name is Michael. I have just moved to Palisades Park, NJ from Japan. I desperately need to play badminton. The closest clubs seem to be in NY and they are hopelessly expensive. I have decided to start a club somewhere in North NJ if there is enough interest. Anyone is welcome, and all levels are welcome, too. Everyone was a beginner once.
Send me an email at msuswal@yahoo.com. Write 'badminton' in the subject line.
I will find a local gym near the people who respond to me first. My goals are to expand badminton to NNJ, be very inexpensive, play a lot of badminton, stay local, and have some fun.
    Michael

There are a couple of less competitive clubs closer than NYC:
    Spring Valley, NY
    Mountain Lakes, NJ
    Dobbs Ferry, NY
    Briarcliff Manor, NY
    White Plains, NY
    Yonkers, NY

For more competitive, try Greenwich YWCA in CT.
