Kashyap hurt himself during the final.. Probably when he landed on his shoulder. Not just dislocation but also a tear. Damn, I had started to like his game again. Wishing him fast recovery.

i watched the moment in the game against son wan ho at the german open when kashyap injured his knee.
Am I the only one to think that there's no point going for such risky moves and dives trying to recover basically hopeless shots? seems self-destructive

Yeah, extremely sad! He has already been to loads of injury clad difficult seasons, he must be having a cyborg "heart" to overcome all these n more.

Like YYS hurting in the Dubai SSF 2015. Lucky he had a while to recover... Kashyap wise, a bit later than him, hence... sigh.

So both Siril Verma and Aditya Joshi lost in the first round of Malaysia Masters. Despite them both playing well, i feel they have to improve considerably to start progressing past the first-second round of major tourneys

Well, considering the fact that the PBL format is 11 points and this is 21....

LCW struggled in 2016 in PBL, due in part of the fact that they are conditioned to strategize the 21 point set, not 11.. imo for 11, it wouldn't suit slow starters well and on top of that, the tactic would be all guns blazing all the time instead of moving your opponent round and feeling him out...

Hell, if LD came to PBL, I firmly believe he would be won by some random guy due to the way he plays... after all there is only so much "giving away initiative" and defending can do. Attacking would be the best defense, but they aren't conditioned to give it all right from the get go, imo....
