    OMG..so sorry to hear the news. We knew Phil during his playing days in Vancouver. Just the nicest guy. Condolences to Andrea..

    That's horrible news. I didn't know who they were when I watched the news today. Condolences to the deceased's family members.

    Wow, I was thinking about my time in Vancouver and I haven't stayed in touch. I remember playing against Phil when he was in Winnipeg and training with him
    when he was in Vancouver. And living my life vicariously through him an Morgan
    when they hooked up. I haven't seen either Andrea nor him since they got married
    but condolences to here for sure.

    It's quite unfortunate and horrible. Just two nights ago (June 24) they honoured his memory by presenting a Phil Allard award to Hao Li at the Junior Awards Night banquet at the Royal Glenora.
