    To all Badminton Enthusiasts!

The Kitchener-Waterloo Badminton Club is proud to host the third annual Pointfore K-W Invitational badminton tournament! This is an open tournament for everyone and it is guaranteed to be filled with friends, food and fun! We invite you all to come participate in this doubles (men and women) and mixed doubles tournament.

This posting is advanced notice when registration will begin so that you can begin finding your partners!

In order to guarantee the quality and duration of games, we will be limiting the number of entries per event. This means that the draw will fill up quickly so make sure you register early!

Last year, the club managed to raise over $900 to help with the ongoing renovations at the K-W Badminton Club. We've made some drastic changes to the facility so come visit us again to see the changes that have been made over the past year since our last invitational!

Yup! We took over 1000 photos at the tournament. The photos turned out really well this year. Give me two weeks, and I will post them up before the end of June. :)

Thank you thank you Thank you!!!!!

Thank you all for participating in our tournament on June 7th, 2008! Despite the heat and humidity, we hope that you all had a great time! There were many exciting games and plenty of food to go around

Congratulations to all of the finalists and winners! All of the exciting photos and complete draws are available for viewing online at www.pointfore.ca thanks to our organizator Andrew Ma and photographer Simon Sin!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped make this event so successful. Without their assistance, we would never have been able to run this tournament. A BIG thank you to Denis Rowland, Brian Lee, Edward Lin, Norman Lum, Adrian Liu, Katherine Liu, Sunny Wong, Caroline Lee, Bob Lee, Alan Yip, Andrew Brigham, Keith McGlone and Hong Zheng!
As always, we welcome your feedback and suggestions and how we can improve it for next year! Stay tuned as we will be aiming to run the tournament in May instead to hopefully avoid the hot weather!
