Leeshim does but he only checks rackets which are not purchased on Ebay.

Another way to have your numbers checked is by contacting Yonex.

okay so i opened up a dispute at paypal with him- he agrees to pay me back, but i mean i don't think he's gonna pay for the shipping back, which is a lot (b/c it's going back to china) so he said he will agree to any amount
how much do these SP racquets go for?
    i paid ~$150 for the NS9000, NS8000, Armortec 900, & Ti-10
How much do you guys think I should ask back? $50? is that too much?

    Dear all,

just bought 3 yonex rackets on Ebay, but all from private resellers with less than 200 transactions and at decent prices (60-100EUR), so not underpriced. First two new, last one used "in 5 trainings" but looks more used than that.

the nanos seem alright, but it would be better if you could take some pics for us to see, have a look at previous posts to see what angles of pics would be helpful.

as for the mp99, it's definitely a fake.

    helpp

i'm sorry for posting again, but i only have 20 days to do this dispute with the guy that sold me fake racquets =x
does anyone know how much these SP racquets are? I'm thinking to ask $50 back from him- so it'd be $100 for 4 fake racquets...

i would ask for the entire sum of all 4 rackets back. it's not too much, it's just right considering you were cheated. if you don't ask for the entire sum, then he still made profit.

yeah- he agreed to pay me back 150, but he won't pay for the shipping back to china haha- i think it's gonna be a lot- so i'm thinking, i'll just get some money back and keep the racquets, kauz i don't mind playing with em- but i'm just wondering how much should i ask back to be okay

like, if i take back $50, then it'll be $100- i'll just think of it as $25 per racquet
but is $25 too expensive for these fakes? I remember my bro buying like MPsomething in vietnam and it turned out to be like $30USD - so yeah.. i'm thinking of telling him $50, what do you guys think?

    dbdannydb,

No no no. Dispute the full payment (that means shipping included) so you will have your money back.

The seller is one breaks the law, and you have every right to claim all your $$$ back. There's no negotiation, as the seller is caught on the spot. Tell him, full refund, or he can wait for lawyer letters and investigators.

yea i agree..u can't really sue a fake seller in court, especially if that seller is in china. the copyright enforcement is really poor there..

but eitherways- i told him $70 back. and he said yeah it's good quality etc. and he'll give me 40 back- then i said 60, final offer.
He now says 50 (which was what i was originally okay with)
I think i'm just gonna stick with 60. If not, I'll just bring it to a claim- and i don't know.. whatever happens happens- Can't paypal suspend his ebay account for something like this lol

i think its just me but the picture of the buttcap looks like a sticker. i've been staring at it for a while now :confused::confused:. also note that there's a feedback saying its a counterfeit item. even if i see just one feedback like this, i stop right away and stay away from the seller.
