PRO`s started to play badminton? (age)

    Is somebody know when badminton profis have started to play badminton? It would be very interessting to know...

    AH yes!! That's him!! I remembered one Chinese famous player starting at 17, was cracking my skull for it!! Kept thinking Yang Yang and Dong Jiong but yes it is Han Jian.

    What bout Park Joo Bong? Didn't he start late also? Or was it another korean. I remember reading somewhere that that korean's philosophy to training for badminton from an age like 17 is to train everyday or something.
