Question on strengthening your wrist

    I was wondering if anyone knows some good exercises i can do at home to strengthen my writst(forearm).

    p.s When you do a smach or a clear, most of the power comes from the wrist or the forearm right?? please correct me if i'm wrong.

    Swing overhead with a Tennis Racket daily for 15-30 minutes. Don't over do it though.

    I use a Powerball and also do wrist curls both side with a dumbell with 25lbs
