if a racquet is rated as stiff and the string tension is around 22 to 23 will it be the same as a racquet flexible racquet. what i mean was people said that beginner racquet need to be flexible and lower sting tension what if a racquet is rated as stiff but string tension is lower will it still perform as the same as a beginner racquet? will a beginner player be affected by alot of slightly?

Why don't you just get yourself a new racquet and test out which tension works out the best for you ?
