    Singapore Badminton Association is recruiting Chief Coach for our National Doubles Team. Candidates should possess the following:

    - Have represented the nation as a player in the senior team for major international competitions
    - Minimum of 5 years experience as a coach for professional senior team ( preferably in Doubles )
    - Good people skills and ability to motivate players
    - Ability to formulate and implement customised training and competition plans in accordance to guidelines
    - Ability to communicate in English
    - Having led a team to the Olympics/Commonwealth Games/Asian Games/SEA Games OR BWF Level 1 tournaments will be an advantage

    an open recruitment.. i would have thought that only a few people would be eligible to apply.
