    Hi,

How would you guys recommend increasing your running speed and timing as fast as possible after a long break? Also i have this shoulder injury from a while ago and my shoulder always hurts before I warm up and play. I don't know if this is affecting my power levels. Please send responses.

    Thanks

When you get back to playing, take it slow, and make sure that your technique hasn't deteriorated. As your conditioning improves, and your injurt gets better, then you can start cranking up the power levels.

In badminton, you don't really run. The faster you run the slower to reverse direction. You use footwork, not running.

    Remember to stretch before playing.
    And...
Keep on playing, your timing will improve.
