Recently been bothered by a small knee injury or muscle injury near knee area. I decided to try the medical tape from pharmacy. bought the smallest roll, if not wrong, around 1.5m, $4 SGD. for me, it's good for about approx 4 games or 4 days, with a new application each time. the tape cannot be reused as sweat would shrink the tape. as for knee support, i would say it works quite ok but also depends on your skill to wrap your knee.

tape looks like this (taken from aramistuscany thread, white one, ignore blue tape):

ps. cheapest place to buy was SGH - $3.80
