+1. since it's slippery as some mentioned, how does it compare to NBG 98?

meant the performance comparison against NBG98, not the stringing feel.

I tried to play with that string.

My stringer tried to string my mx80 with the NS66 at 25 lbs. String broke the first time.
He tried a second time but results were the same, string broke. At that point i thought it was the stringer's fault so i went to another stringer with a slightly lower tension in mind (24).

The second stringer was able to string my racket, but it broke after exactly 5 smooth shots. Anyone else got a similar experience? or even a different one ?

I actually live in quebec city. 1- my friend who often strings my racket. 2- At a store i have been stringing my rackets with bg66um a few times. I gave my friend bg66 after that happened and everything went right...

Anyone tried the RKEP Ti-70? I'm looking for a practice string and a middle of the road string for the normal players that'll want stringing done.

yeah, today! very smooth, stiff and plasticy. PM your address and I'll send you a pack.

no chance of playing with it, I put it in the cracked powerblade which lasted about 30 seconds out of the supports even at 20lb :(

Does this play similar to the ti70 but thinner? I'll add some to my next order.

Got a reel a while ago, now it's testing time :p

Despite Eric said never string more than 26lbs I have strung my Triotec T6 at 28x30 lbs without problems.

As others said, the first thing you notice is that the string has a very smooth texture. So smooth it reminds me of NBG98 and Nanomicro. String itself has a medium stiff feel, somewhere between those two strings. It almost feels oily, also not as quite "greasy" as NBG98.

The string is a "true" 0.66mm string, unlike some of other "claimed to be thin" strings, like powergut 66 which actually sounds and feels more like a .68mm. Combined with the slippery coating the stringing process was quite a breeze.

The string produces high pitched, metallic ping sound which I very much like. :p

Will be playing tomorrow, more updates on the way:p

As expected, very clear and resonate sound from this string, though nothing beats sound coming out of Zymax 62 :p

I would say this string is medium feel, leaning a bit on the hard side. Power and repulsion is evidently there and there's a lovely crisp feel to it as well. Tried some clear and drives and I really quite liked it. Then I feel more confident and start firing some smashes. Good for several smashes, and then I broke the string, fourth main from the middle, right in the middle.

Would be on my favorite strings list if it can survive through off-centre hits at higher (27lb+) tension (A tall order for thin strings, I know:D)

Got a few packs of NS660 Ti, have strung for clients but not yet played with it myself. NS660Ti is a different beast IMO, very sleek string and feels soft. I personally prefer textured, harder feeling thin gauge strings but string choices are very personal.
