Hi all, I just bought a new ASICS GEL BLADE 3 two months ago....

I'm having problem with my left foot on the inside ankle. the ASICS GEL BLADE 3 have a hard plastic around the back and this is where its rubbing my left foot on the right side as you can see the photo.

How can I get those problem to go away? do i have to bend the plastic out, extra sock, etc? Thought after two months the runner should be ok!

You need more cushioning to protect that area. I suggest some medical dressing that also has some extra absorbant layers (like a plaster but covering a bigger area).

Perhaps ask the store owner who sold you the shoes. And try a bandaid on that sore spot to prevent further rubbing.
