Just 1 pt in it, LHI showing why he is LHI.
deuce, 20-all, amazing 5 GP saved by LHI.
Now the score is 20-20, a great test of Mustofa's mental strength.
1 MP to LHI, 22-21...
You would have thought Mustafo will take G2 at 21-20 but LHI lashed out a cross-court smash to even the score.
23-22 to Mustofa and he takes it to force the decider.
Mustofa's backhand is imitating Taufik Hidyat's, good but not quite there yet.
LHI continues playing a very controlled game with the occasional attacks and that seems to suit Mustofa.
At long last Mustofa survived and took G2 24-22 for a final attempt at the title.
Mustafo gaining confidence at LHI's expense 4-2.
But the veteran is not disheartened and won 2 good points to level at 4-all.
At age 35, it'll be quite demanding from him to suddenly inject pace too often esp against a fast-moving player with a pretty good defence and counterattack.
Now it's M's turn to make unforced errors despite a reliable smash, trailing 5-8.
A long rally of criss-crosses put LHI on top again 9-5.
An instinctive return from LHI's net attack gave M a point 6-9.
LHI is not smashing hard enough and Mustofa's retrieving ability is , should I say, remarkable.
Never to miss a good opportunity at the net, LHI attacks cross-court to put him ahead at the interval 11-6
The game is slipping away from M who can't retrieve a net drop but he won a smash 7-13.
LHI looks very fit, no sign of fatigue
he doesn't seems 35 years old at all
very professional player, no dubt still the best in korea
