shopping with a Frech shop online

    Be careful to shop with the frech shop as following:

    what happened as following:
    Date État
    31/03/2016 En cours de livraison
    31/03/2016 Préparation en cours
    17/03/2016 Commande en cours de traitement
    17/03/2016 Paiement accepté

    But, there are many problems with this shopping, I wrote 2 email to them right after the receive, NO RESPONSE till now.

    Dear Madam/Sir,

    I received the string machine just a few minutes ago, there is some problems as following:

    1. only stringing machine, without accessories I ordered;
    2. one leg of the stringing machine is broken, I already took some pics of it and took a video of it.

    Please tell me your suggestions to solve these problems.

    ps: When I received the package, there is no obvious problem with the box from outside. so I sign and received it.

    maybe they are in vacation...

    give them time to respond, did you call them, using skype is not that expensive. it seems weird that a respectable shop don't do anthing. By the way if you pay by visa, you can call visa. If you pay by paypal, then ask paypal to do something if things don't get better.

    thx you. They didn't response me near 4 months:mad:. After this post and a phone made by my friend who can speak French, the dealer contacted me in these days. I hope it can be solved properly.

    Thank you. Till yesterday, after long, long, long time, I received the lost accesseries. But, no more further actions with the broken leg of the string machine.

    Yesterday, after about half a year, long long long time later, I got the lost accessories. I have a discussion with them to settle down the problem with string machine's broken leg, and I gave a simple, easy, final suggestion to settle it down. But no response and further action or discussion.
    I am so sorry and I will give up to actively contact with them which will cost so much time.
    Obviously, it is not a nice experience with this shop.
