Shoulder brace

    Hi,..

    I like to ask if anyone used shoulder brace/guards, like the ones in the picture below.

    I have frequently have should problems after a few games. Most of time, my shoulder feels sore but at times pain on the joints. Occassionally, when I lift my arms up and down, am feeling cracking sound. I am thinking of buying one of the above to try out and see if it helps to protect my shoulder/arm muscles.

    Any idea if it will help?

    There is no way you should rely on internet advice on a shoulder problem. Nor put out money on a "brace" when you are not sure what the problem is. Please please please see a health professional, if you have not already. :eek:
