I really need some solutions for this shoulder problem. It hurts when I do this like in the picture. Basically if I push against the arm when it tries to go up it hurts. It applies even if the arm is outstretched, but it hurts most when I'm in the position like in the picture or to the sides. Not much when I'm trying to press it down when my arms are stretched upwards. It doesn't hurt when I do overhead shots. And only very little when I do underhand backhand clears, of course because its in a position like in the picture. I've been taking Glucosamine pills for awhile. Anybody have any suggestions?
