I think SBA should do more partnership with schools to involve school children attending tournament as spectacles. One of the feedback about Singapore Li Ning Open 2012 is the many empty seats in the stadium. I was one of the spectacle there then, and I felt the lack of atmosphere and support of international players during games. Even on tv, we can see many empty seats. This definitely does no good to Singapore bid trying to upgrade to PSS status. Giving the excuse that Olympics 2012 was around the corner and thus lack of top players participation (this should be anticipated, given that SG is a forward looking country!), resulting in lackadaisical spectacle attendance is vert bad image. Many have higher expectation of SG organization. Hope to see a better SG Open 2013.
