Smash speed from the rear of the court?

    On int tournaments, you have the smash speed recorded every time a player hits a smash, even from a mid court and measure 295km per hour?

    Why can't they just record smash only if it's hit from the back of the court, then we can assess who is hitting harder. What do u guys think.
