    thanks for everyone that helped! I don't have any shoulder problem for 2-3 weeks now though can't say the same for my Golfer's elbow.:( still hanging around...last played was one month ago...

    a more flexible racquet, lower tension, even balance will help.

    i've changed a lot of racquets recently because my elbow was beginning to hurt a little (due to age probably) and the above combination seem to help a lot :)
