I bought some stuff at MBS recently. Called up to check they have Kimony grips in stock and not the ripoff brand Kimoni. He reassured me that all his stuff are the genuine products.

Also got some racquets restrung. As I happen to live close to the owner, we met up out of hours (difficult for me to get to the shop in daytime), he collected my racquets and also delivered them again a couple of days later! That's service. LOL

Hey, I'm from France and I wonder French custom will charge me any extra fee based on my purchase from MBS or not. Do you have any ideas concerning this issue?

Around one week. But the thing is, they sent me a mail by telling me that they had packed my order but I don't understand why they can't send it out straight (dispatch the parcel). I know they did mention it on their website that it will take them 3-7 days to set up the order but as an online distributor, I can understand customer will like to receive their order asap. I just wish MBS can improve their service as I found out certain customers complaint about the duration of sending out the order yesterday.

They are still within their performance pledge.

Decade equals one week? Rather dramatic LOL

Lol. I don't like the feeling of waiting my items to arrive. Too bad all the Badminton equipment in France are too expensive due to the TVA. I hope in the future MBS can do better.

Thats normal time length for internation post lol. Just gotta be patient haha.. However I usually get my stuff from MBS in less than a week. I dont mind even if there's slight delay coz they provide excellent goods and services :)

Who on earth doesn't need to wait if one wants service from others? I wish the badminton equipments in France remain expensive unless you move.

Haha, considering the shipping charge from MBS is FREE, i dont think you should complain. And if you need the stuff THAT fast, dont order from Hong Kong. You can always pay extra for EMS shipping and the item will arrive in around 5 days. MBS is so damn good, bought alot of strings, tools and even a racket from them and always very nice customer service and quick delivery. If 1 week is to long for FREE shipping from HongKong, pay the extra € and get the stuff directly in France

It is not "FREE" but already included in the price ;). If you visit the store you would find the prices are cheaper in-store ...
