The Stretching and flexibility

    Hi all, just wondering if there are any good stretches that good be done on a regular basis to help with all round flexibility when it comes to badminton?

    Flexibility in badminton is very important especially when it comes to shots which are awkward and you get to a bit late. I am pretty flexible when warmed up but I want to improve this as general stretching is good for the muscles and joints and helps prevent injuries

    Back stretches, shoulders stretches, hip and legs stretches. Look at youtube, it wil all be there :)
