    Ever tried hitting against the wall as a way to train your reflexes and shoulder/arm strength ? Try it. It is very effective especially for double play.

    It is good to revisit old posting to attract new inputs. One should not shut out such re-posting. I found such practice most effective. would be nice to hear from those who had tried.
