Training for Doubles Short Serve at home setting

    Hi Guys,

    Besides the obvious- putting up a string a net at home and practising what are the other ways to train the service at home environment ?

    accuracy... mark an X 5 ft high up on a wall 6.5 ft away and serve at it trying to hit it as many times as you can

    while you're doing this, concentrate on the arm and wrist action (push, supinate, extend) that gets you the most consistent and accurate result
