Are there any clubs that are mainly for veteran players in London?

Also, are there any veterans tournaments in London? I've never even seen a veterans' tournament and it'd be interesting to see what the standard is like.

Looking down the lists of veterans tournaments, many seem to be far away in Wales or Cornwall or up north. The nearest ones I've found so far are the ones in Kent and Milton Keynes.

dunno about clubs specifically for Vets

There is the Veteran tournament circuit, with A,B, and C tournaments
    (similar to Elite,Challenger,Satellite)
you can get a list from the BE website
I played in the singles at Cumbria and Northumberland recently.
Pretty low turnout for singles. Doubles is where the action is.
A and B grade must offer all age groups and events
C grade do not have to, and might not offer the singles

Near-ish to you there is also the Hampshire (C grade 28/29 Jan)
and West of England Masters (at Bath, B grade 11/12 Feb)

Then there is the Inter Country Veterans

In a neighbouring area to me I think there is a local veterans league, like a normal club league.

    Thanks Neil

Guess I'll check out the satellite tournaments first, see what they're like.

    Cheers
