my friend will inform me of where I will be staying soon, but the masters tournament sounds interesting, do you allow foreign people to play and will you make an exception to the deadline for me? or maybe i will just watch a little

Just bring your weapons and barge into a court. There should be lots of places. Look for some lonely dudes who may need sparring partner in case you can't find anyone else to play with. Which country are you from?

    Barge into a court?
    Unannounced?

That doesn't seem like a good idea.

Anyway, his question is: where can he find a place to play?
Let's help him find a place first.
Then he can decide to barge in or not.

Wait, he should buy them first in KL, get the racquets strung and then barge on court.
