Congratulation to WL, entering her 1st SF of a SS after her recovery from injury.
congratulations, Wang Lin.
tomorrow will be a huge block in front of you. but keep fighting! never give up please.
Come on WL, beat LXR and then whoever in the final, show them who's the real queen!
A tall order for Wang Lin to beat LXR but not impossible as the latter is often inconsistent within the match. I wonder if LXR's rest day given by Tine's withdrawal is a blessing or not. Some players don't like to have their momentum disrupted while many would appreciate it.
after saw the result of WYH and JS's match, i must say that there is nothing imposible. if WYH with the not-so-smooth movement that some guys have pointed out finally can make it to the final, maybe WL just can too.
not to say that China already won the WS titles here, so surprise just can happen anytime.
wah, nice to meet you here.
Vareh wah... Thank you...
something like wow..
oh, ok. nice addition to my dictionary.
wow... 0.0 wang lin defeated nehwal.. you back wang lin
Wang Lin defeated nehwal... It seems like this thread is full of praises as if she won an Olympic gold. lol
I like her style of play. Lets see how she maintains her consistency in future tournaments when she meets nehwal again.
haha. of course she didn't won any Olympic gold. it's just that she can manage to reach SF of a SS after her long injury period that i think make a lot of people surprised and get 'high'. hehe.
and beside that, the opponent she defeated to reach that SF was SN, who is known as an elite player already. so her winning there became some 'double surprise', dan make fans even more excited i think.
but of course, that one single victory still can't describe the condition of two players i think. and like you, i also really want to see how is WL's progress in the future. especially when she meets SN again as your wish.
Oh dear, bad news. Wang Lin is injured again while playing in the China National Team Championship. http://sports.qq.com/a/20121221/000555.htm
I don't know how to translate what her injury was: 浙江对阵北京队的比赛，王琳再次受伤，医院确诊结果为前交叉韧带断裂，准备接受手术。Something like ligament rupture and she is awaiting surgery.
Poor girl, when will she ever be free from injury long enough to regain her form. So injury prone and unlucky, her fate is worse than Simon Santoso's and no better than Wang Xin's. Really pity her. Will she be able to take the blow this time?
It isn't just "some ligament" lol, she tore her ACL
oh dear, bad news indeed!
ouch, what a bad luck. :crying:
right at the time she slowly regain her form, and another injury just striking again. should she consider to retired already?
That is awful news.
