Currently, I don't have problem with my knee other than little feel of sour after a couple of games. I am planning to use knee support just to avoid something bad. So what type of knee support you guys are using? Any good brand/style to recommend?

Any knee strap is good for Level 1 protection. I use the Ace:

You should see a sports medicine specialist right away if you have continuing knee problems.

I had the McDavid as well. Good stuff, better than my Ace knee strap but the strap was a little narrow for me, even in XL.

For Level I Protection (minimal protection, minimal hinderance of movement), any strap will be decent. :)

Braces restrict movement so a strap should be the first choice, then a neoprene support, then a full brace if needed.
