I'd like to know what string is most suitable
for Yonex Iso Sp Sr -racquet and how many lbs/kg?

I´d like to see a little improvement in power
    compared to the standard BG-80.

    I´m playing with nylon shuttles.

    Thanks

BG85 or BG66. Use your existing preference on lbs.

    I agree with Ricky....hehe....

I started out BG66 then I changed to BG85.....The sounds are cooler because they are thin strings....

But I want to go back to BG66 now because the BG85 has too much power and costs more...LOL... :)

    Noo! (lol J/k!!)

Well I don't really go with Yonex now because of my expereince of the BG-80 where they kept breaking often (ie. every two weeks) even thou I played like 2-3 times week back in the high school days. The last straw was when it broke within one week which really gotten on my nerves so then I talked to my store rep and he said people were complaing too so he asked me to try the Gosen string. The B505 is equivalent to that of a BG-80 excpet it lasts longer and it's made from synthetic gut.

Both BG85 and BG66 are less durable than BG80. However, they last longer than you said. For example, I played 3 times a week with a racquet strung with BG85 at 26 lbs, it can last for ~2 months.

Werid.. because at the time, the BG-80 was being used on a Cab 20 at 22 lbs. I also had 22 lbs on a price racket too but I don't use that racket because it seems to have a fracture near the T-join (serious collision), so I no longer use the racket even thou I still own it. The crack a bit big and it does widen if I try to move the head. I'm afraid of continous use of that racket, the crack will go through and will fly off on a smash or something.

Re: Opps that is Cab 22!!

I just replaced my BG80 at 24 lbs after 75 hrs of play. How long would the string last really depends on the tension and how hard you hit the bird. For me, that is two and a half months and I am not unhappy. BG80 holds the tension very well too duration that time.

Is BG85 less durable than BG80? Can someone comment?

Yes, BG 85 is less surable than the BG 80.

All this about this string lasting you a few sessions or a few months is subjective to the individual really.
It depends on your level of play, your playing style (offensive? defensive?) and whether you mishit the shuttle often, causing the shuttle to cut into the string.
