Wide Shoes cause Blister in Foot

    Shoes that is too large / wide for your feet will cause blister as your feet literally slide inside the shoe sometimes.

    I got blisters wearing asics gel rocket. I find the insoles rough. My feet got blisters first few days wearing it. I did not like the material at all. You should test the soles material too before buying.

    What kinda socks would prevent blister?

    If you have wide feet, avoid ergoshape shoes. I almost lost my little toes in yonex trainers.

    You should try yonex 3d ergo socks. The ankle is designed 90 degree to prevent the sock from being loose. That would help to prevent the blisters.
