Does anyone know if there's a seller in Canada for the Wise machine?

You can get it direct from tennishead. If you live close to the boarder you can have it shipped to a warehouse and pick it up to save on brokerage fees.

so If I live in Toronto, and want to pick it up in Buffalo, I'll need a shipping address of Post Office in Buffalo, to have it shipped there? drive over and pick it up? but If I'll pay by credit card, will they ship to different address on the card?
and USPS or USP have such service as pick up in their office?
    thanks,

If you buy it off Tennishead they will ship it to Canada for $75, and the duties will be about 10-13% of your total.

For TW, it's free shipping in the States, so you can ship it to a PO box and pick it up, they should be fine with the different addresses, but they will ask for authorization before they put the order through.
