    Hello people,
I am new to this forum and has big ambition. I am a badminton lover, I love challenging new things and now trying to move on to stringing my own racquet as it sounded fun. I plan to buy Pro's pro Challenger I (about 200 pounds). Can anyone give advice if its smart or not. As buying stringing machine, many other things needed to be bought
    i.) Strings (considering NBG98)
ii.)Tool kit (awl, string cutter and mover)
    iii.) Badminton Clamp

    Looking to get from http://www.watdon.co.uk/the-naturalists/acatalog/W_D_Strings.html

Please add to my list if I am missing some. I have never done restrings, just for the fun sake. Your advice is welcome. I am currently in-love with hybrid strings with Toalson.

    welcome to the dark-side .....

    - call Robin of Watdon and ask what are the accessories ... at least awl and string mover shall be included in the package.
    - also discuss with him whether you can upgrade the clamp into WA3342 Dual clamp which can be used for tennis, squash and badminton.
    - and don't forget ask for the manual, especially how to set the tension for badminton and tennis using the counter-weight.

Oh btw, from stringing perspective, do we need fly clamp in addition of owning fixed clamp for badminton?

For badminton I prefer using flying clamps unless the tension is over 26

Hence fixed clamp is not needed if I use two flying clamps?
Thank you for your reply btw.

I bought my very first Wise2086 from Watdon, then bought 10x Yonex badminton flying clamp, also the 4x WA3342 Dual clamps.

I hv similar machine with Challenger but from other vendor (AEF), it came with :
    - 2 tennis swivel clamp,
    - 2 badminton swivel clamp,
    - 2 tennis flying clamp,
    - 2 awl,
    - 1 diagonal cutting plier,
    - 1 bent-nose pliers,
    - 1 straight plier
    - 1 string mover.

buy WA3342 and Yonex flying clamp is a worth investment.

I'm going to buy another 6x WA3342 Dual clamp for friends.

That is perfect. Is that many flying clamps needed? Because i am not opening a business and dont ask for speed, I wan to make restring with the lowest budget (no profit earned in my restring only lots of losses). Thanks for your reply!
