Very classy. Let us know if they play like Shb 65 or 85 Jp - especially the grip or new flex sole. Thanks!

i try SHB65FT today at a shop... it was great...

i used to wear SHB100LTD two years ago.... and after 1 year, i got 85EX......

IMHO, SHB100LTD is the best badminton every made.... and SHB65FT is almost as good as SHB100LTD... except for one thing.... 65FT don't have claws....

it's selling for around $760 to $830 in HK... you can find it at Kin Yee in Hong Kong, which is located at 93 to 95 Fai Yuen Street near Argyle Street..

I wonder why it's actually cheaper to buy it in HK then in JP. I've seen it selling for HKD 800 in Kwun Tong industrial area. Same with those JP version T-shirts, a lot cheaper than what shuttle-house are selling. Perhaps it is because it is not a house hold brand name in HK.

Shuttle-house listed are the catalogue prices, discount still has to be applied and unlike normal JP retailers they use some sort of progressivee discount system where the more you buy, the more discount ... Can better check on Rakuten for "normal" prices ...
How can Yonex not be a household name in the HK badminton scene?? :p

I suppose it depends on your definition of household brand name. To me, HSBC, Nike etc are it. Of course Yonex is well known in the baddy scene but not outside of it. Look at where the baddy shops are located. They arent exactly located in the better parts of the city.

Yonex is a household name is Hong Kong..... (of course, not as household as in Indonesia)...

i think the reason it is cheaper in HK is because most of Yonex's stuff is made in China...

lemonpepsi, where in Kwun Tong for $800?? please tell me..

I understand we will be getting the shoe in UK in 2012. It may have a different name (maybe SHB85 FT), but it likely to be on show at All Englands and available through the retailers shortly after that.

    I hope it does
I know you have told me not to get my hopes high but I still think there is a possibiliy of these shoes being sold in England.
I am really annoyed that the stock of SHB-85EX is limited especially to my shoe size. But it shows that those shoes are hugely popular. If these shoes comes I hope these are popular but not too popular that you have to wait months for new stock.

    They look ugly:eek:
Sorry, but I really have to say that:p There's no reason in wearing such ugly shoes:rolleyes:

(orange -> ugly combination of colors; orange can look well but not in this combination)
    (white -> really really boring)

I can't wait for my own Yonex SHB-65ft orange which would be coming tomorrow. I've just got an shb 102 championship edition and only used it once but when i saw this shoe, i decided to have it too... I think this would look great with my voltric 80 ltd...

It's in e-plaza, next to the HKJC branch near the MTR station. It's even cheaper than 800 bucks now.

For the curious, the white version also comes with an extra pair of orange shoe laces.
