Could you possible provide a closeup of the features or at least tell us please?
How much is this bag? I've been waiting for the SP version for so long...
Do SportsLife accept international orders? Thanks.
So far they still don't. Frankly it would surprise me if they finally end up doing it since they are supposed to be the official showroom/ store of the distributor and I would imagine Yonex won't allow them to sell outside their region ...
There was talk of a website coming up over a year ago to place orders, etc. but perhaps the plan has been shot down for the above reason.
That's too bad they have good selection of yonex products. I drool everytime Aramistuscany post something new. LOL
Yonex PCG-SBM-06A, PCG-SBM-06B
New arrivals with dragon motifs.
Similar to the Sunrise version of the BAG951W (SUNR-951W BT6), quality is much better from the previous seasons Sunrise bags but of course still quite a bit of catching-up to JP standards. This is also reflected in the increased in price to reflect the improved quality.
Both bags are about the same except for the colourful design and an extra compartment in front of the 06A. Interestingly, the prices of these pair are the same in spite of these albeit minor differences.
Hi, just wondering how much Sunrise is selling it for? Would you also have their contact number? Thanks
2011 range of Yonex-Sunrise bags galore. Plenty of new models and colours to choose from. Those who have been holding out purchase for new bags to wait for the 2011 new range can check them out now!
I can say the new collection of these SP bags are much better in quality than in previous years. These can be seen in the material, zips quality and overall workmanship. I guess Sunrise has sat up and really listen to customers feedback and still keep prices relatively competitive corresponding to quality. A step in the right direction. Now have to see how their other product range like their clothes and shoes turn out.
AramisTuscany: you are the man! Thank you for ALL your photos of equipment. You save this Panda so much time looking and researching.
Which are the widest Yonex 2011 bags? Assume it's the 100029PG BT9 and how wide is it? Can you get a tape and measure the next time you go?
Thanks so much!
Sure, no problem. The measurements are actually printed on the reverse side of the illustrated card tag. Will take a pic next time I am there.
Off hand, I can say this is a big bag as I did had a go through with it to inspect the quality and features. The 'YY' and 'YONEX' prints on the bag was rather unusual too as I don't see this sort of print and stamp on the other bags past and present in this store.
The other bag with similar dimensions is the BAG9029 (9-racquet) blue colour 'Evergreen' series similar to LCW's current bag. This is the TW version and slightly more pricey than the SPs. They use to have the white version but I'm not sure whether this colour is still available.
Yonex sunr-10029pg bt9
Part of Yonex-Sunrise 2011 range of bags. A huge 9-racquet bag with dimensions of 78x34x37 cm. Quality and workmanship looks good and bag is made of waterproof material.
Tour Edition BAG9029EX TW version 9-racquet bag similar to what LCW is using now except his is the JP version. It has 3 big compartments, 1 smaller accessories compartment and a shoe compartment. Dimensions 78x36x33.5 cm. Only available in blue.
Yonex sunr-7926dg bt6
'Evolving Performance' design 6-racquet bag shown in orange colour. Dimensions 75x31x21 cm. Also available in blue and red.
This is the BAG9624-9 TW version available only in blue. Dimensions 78x33x33.5 cm.
Laptop/notebook bag in black. Dimensions 40x30x11 cm.
Yonex bags currently on display in Sports Life.
Hi can i know the price of this 951w bag?
anyhow know the price of the 951w bag?
Thanks Aramis! Again, Panda feels you are the best at providing info/pictures/specs on the latest equipment and offerings.
Panda has just one more question he hopes you can answer:
The 10029PG's width is 37cm; what is the 9029EX? 36cm? or 33.5cm?
Or, in centimeters, when compared to the 9029EX, how much wider is the 10029PG?
The reason Panda asks is because:
1) Sometimes Yonex gets the width and height dimensions mixed-up.
2) Panda has the 9029EX and it's just a tad bit narrow, Panda wants something a bit wider and is hoping the 10029PG is it.
Noticing the 9624-9 is still available, maybe Panda will go with that again. The 9624-9 is the near ideal racket bag.
9029EX width should be 36cm and 33.5cm high. 10029PG is slightly wider but not much. They look about the same size without taking measurements. 9624-9 is a little smaller than these two and has been out earliest. 10029PG was just released while the other two have been available for quite some time.
