    I have checked in the information of your Yonex Armortec 900 Technique shaft Serial:7987512; Cone Code:091084UK (date=09 Oct 2008) to my information list of Yonex rackets made in Japan, its shaft serial and cone code are legitimate.

    I don't have information as to when and which model has stopped production.
    I guessed that the mysterious number may be related to factory production batch no. assigned to a particular model.

    From my list of Yonex rackets made in Japan, I observed that MP66 carry either mysterious no. 2 or 3.

    Some details for the mysterious no. start with 2 or 3 is provided below:

    1) 1st MP 66 with mysterious no. 2 carries shaft serial of 4715009 and cone code of 130142SP (date=13 Jan 2004);

    2) Last MP 66 with mysterious no. 2 carries shaft serial of 5727461 and cone code of 130952SP (date=13 Sep 2005);

    3) 1st MP 66 with mysterious no. 3 carries shaft serial of 5904518 and cone code of 130163US (date=13 Jan 2006);

    4) Last MP 66 with mysterious no. 3 carries shaft serial of 7800767 and cone code of 110783SP (date=11 Jul 2008).

    You may wish to write to Yonex Japan to confirm whether MP66 has stopped production.

    I have checked in the information of your Yonex Nanospeed 6000 shaft Serial:5333653; Cone Code:250768SP (date=25 Jul 2006) to my information list of Yonex rackets made in Japan.

    For the cone code of 250768SP (date=25 Jul 2006), the valid shaft serial should be close to 6254500.

    For the shaft serial of 5333653, the valid cone code should be somthing likes 20015xCC (date=20 Jan 2005).

    IMHO, your Nanospeed 6000 shaft Serial:5333653; Cone Code:250768SP (date=25 Jul 2006)is a fake.
