Yoo is new. He was born in '86. His usual partner, Jeon Jun-beom and he came up together, in the same middle & high school and university (the last two the same as Kim & Ha and Jung Jae-sung and the same high school also produced Park Joo Bong). Han is a little older at 23. Yoo has been on the national team since 2003 and he had some success in 2003 and 2004 as a top junior.
Event, thank you for all the photos and news on Korean players. Quite a number of us were surprise at the sudden retirement of Lee Hyun Il. What happened to him? I think he's still in his mid-twenties and that is too young to retire. Did he retire because of injury?
