Yes, I did. It was a comparison between 951 and 1201. Not 9231.

BAG1201W - JP coded
BAG9231WEX - TW coded (or should be called EX coded I think, Made in Taiwan)
SUNR9231WG - SP coded

ahhh now i see... essentially the same thing but different codes. make also slightly different. hmm but for 1201W..on the JP site of yonex states that its made in China?

Made in China for Japanese market, SUNR also Made in China(?) but for Yonex Sunrise distribution region. EX Made in Taiwan for rest of the world (Taiwan, Europe, North-America, etc. Korea, Thailand, Australia ...)

ahhh.. ok. thanks for clearing that doubt. now...where in sg can i get this 1201.
but at the same time im looking at the 9231 Olympic ltd one...and also one model from victor..also duffel bag style..saw some players using it at the li-ning singapore open today. hehe...

The 1201W (JP) isn't available in Singapore ..... You'll have to order it online.

If i'm not wrong, the 9231 should be available at Sports Life ..... better call to check whether still have stock or not.

As for the Victor bag .... that should be the BR220C.

It's available in E-Link Sports in Ang Mo Kio.

No worries .... glad i could help.

A physical comparison (see, touch, feel) between all your possible choices is always a good idea, you shouldn't have much problems getting the BR220C and the 9231 for a comparison.

However, physically getting a JP 1201W to check out might be a bit more difficult though.

just an update. i got the br220c. =D
nothing flashy. good size for me too. *since i don't have alot of rackets. (for now) cheers.

But seeing that this is a 1201W thread..i've gone ahead to check out the normal and olympic one.. i felt that they were both slightly too big for me..and not to mention tooo flashy (read olympic gold).
