Define normal? Yonex stringing pattern specify 22 x 22 but there are a lot of variations. Some folks skip one before the last cross. Some add extra cross at the top and bottom (like yours).

If you don't like it, then request that your racquet be strung as in Yonex specs. For me, I am experimenting with skipping the one before last cross to see if it actually helps with power (as mentioned in other threads).

It's unusual to see your stringer has opted to string that high up into the racket's head but come to think of it, it you are a off center hitter and often have string breakage on your top vertical lines, I reckon the extra horizontal string provides longer lifespan in your vetical lines in that particular area.

I personally have the second line from the bottom ommited from my racket but personally do not think it provides more power, I really question the person who came up with this idea. The stringer definitely saves on strings but not much. I would go for the usual method next time and might consider the upper most string.

Personally, I won't go for more than 23 for cross. However, seems this racket starts on top 6 instead of top 7 for most of cases.

I agree with Smilley, maybe the stringer just try to extend the life time for the string

can somebody list me their favourite string types?

mine: two-knots stringing with 2lbs difference on main and cross..
    good durability and repulsion)

want to add more? you can also tell me about the 'progressive stringing' type that i dont quite understand by reading the thread.

BTW, isn't cross tension more than the main usually? The picture suggests inverse.

The original post did not metion anything with "tension".

#22 and #24 are the # of strings.

    Exactly

Also, I think it's a normal type of stringing.
