I want to use either BG70P or BG80 on my racquet. I want 22 lbs of tension. How much tension should I string my racquet to to get the string tension to fall to 22 lbs? My racquet caps at 24 lbs btw.

Also can you give me the pros and cons of 70P and 80? I want strings with more "hold" (for smash) and durability.

    Thanks :D

    2-3lbs above the 22lbs.

    I would prefer a fresh 22lbs over a old 22lbs.

If you want to increase tension holding then you can change the top and bottom grommets to U shape as they hold tension better. Also choosing the string you use and how the stringer does the stringing will also affect tension holding.
